Shipping policy
- General: Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Options: We offer a 1 - 5 business day standard shipping option New Zealand Wide. Additionally we offer a 3 - 10 business day standard shipping option to Australia. For any other international orders please allow for 3 - 15 days for Shipping.
- Cost of Shipping: Shipping costs are shown when checking out.
- Handling Time and Duration of Shipping: Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Please allow for between 1-3 days for order to be verified, packaged and processed, after which, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been shipped. From that time, shipping takes between 1-3 days in a non rural area and up to 24 hours delay for people living in rural areas. If you have any questions, please contact us so that we can assist.
- Returns: will happily accept returns as long as we have been provided with a valid reason for the return and a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. We will NOT accept returns due to change of mind.
- Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
