RETURNS/REFUNDS/REMEDIES
We comply fully with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. This means you have the legal right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service we provide:
Is faulty or defective
Is not of acceptable quality or durability
Is not fit for its intended purpose
Does not match its description or sample
Arrives damaged or not as promised
If something you bought from us is faulty or doesn't meet the standards required by the CGA, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may be entitled to:
Repair (for minor faults)
Replacement or refund (for major faults)
What we’ll need from you:
Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)
A description of the issue
Photos (if relevant)
How to Make a Return or Lodge a Complaint
To initiate a return, exchange, or complaint:

We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps
Send the item back to the return address we’ll provide
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
✅ We aim to process refunds within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
❌ We cannot issue refunds to third-party accounts or in cash unless the original payment was made in cash.
Exceptions
We may decline a return if:
The product was misused
You waited too long to report the issue (beyond a reasonable time)
The item was clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale
You purchased for business or commercial use (CGA does not apply in this case)
Your Consumer Rights
